  • How do you book?

    Step for step:
    1. Book and pay via www.ettsmart.se
    2. On the day of arrival your personal unique code(key) is generated and sent to you via email and SMS.
    3. When you have your code(key) you can arrive any time after 15:00 (late arrivals are not a problem)
    4. NOTE! New guests should be ready to leave their ID “on the spot” before room allocation and code generation (arrive on time!).
  • What equipment is accessible in the rooms?

    TV, Wi-Fi, WC and Shower. Kettle, tea and coffee. In the studio rooms there is a trinette with a sink, fridge and microwave. There is also glasses, plates and cutlery for two persons. Note - no oven or stove.
  • What is included in the room price?

    Wi-Fi, TV and free parking. Breakfast is included for all visitors.
  • Where do I turn if I have questions?

    You can usually contact staff on site weekdays until 15:00. Customer service is open weekdays during office hours and is available at info@ettsmart.se or 08 546 308 10. We also have a 24/7 hotline for our residents-guests at 08 350 260.
